My name is Keith Lee. I have been President and owner of American Retail Supply since 1981. For the first 10 years of my management life, I was just like you, worn out and tired of baby-sitting employees. I didn’t even want my business to grow anymore because that just meant more work, bigger headaches and more baby-sitting for me... it just wasn’t worth the hassles.
